Greyhounds, Golden Oldies & Friends Animal Sanctuary

My love of greyhounds and elderly dogs and my concern for their plight led me to set up a small home based rescue in 1990. I then went on to found Greyhounds & Golden Oldies in 1995. In 2013 we took in our first rescue goats and in 2014 our first rescue ponies and so we became Greyhounds, Golden Oldies & Friends. We are based in beautiful Staffordshire countryside where our ‘residents’ are able to live out their lives in peace and tranquillity whilst receiving the best care possible, our dogs all live in a home environment with sofa’s galore and constant companionship. My aim has always been to give the animals that come my way the love, care, comfort and kindness that many of them have not known, in short, give them a happy ending.
